Shipping policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed once per week on Thursdays.

  • Shipped Orders: Packaged and shipped on Thursday for Friday arrival.

  • Local Deliveries: Made on Friday and Saturday after processing.

Orders placed after the weekly cutoff will be processed the following Thursday. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. In the event of a significant delay, we will contact you by email or phone.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Local Delivery (Arizona) – Available for select zip codes. Orders are delivered either Friday or Saturday each week.

  • Statewide Shipping – Live products are shipped via overnight to ensure arrival in optimal condition.

  • Outside Arizona – At this time, we only ship within Arizona to ensure product quality and viability.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be active within 24 hours.

 

Live Arrival Guarantee

We take great care in packaging and shipping live phytoplankton and copepods to ensure they arrive healthy. If your order arrives DOA (Dead on Arrival), please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and contents. We will provide a replacement or store credit per our Live Arrival Guarantee policy.
