No Returns

Due to the nature of our products — live phytoplankton, copepods, and other marine organisms — we do not accept returns under any circumstances. This is to protect the health and safety of our livestock and maintain the highest biosecurity standards.

 

Live Arrival Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our livestock and packaging methods. If your order arrives DOA (Dead on Arrival):

  1. Contact us within 2 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide clear photos of the packaging and contents.

  3. Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund for the affected item(s).

 

Non-Qualifying Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued if:

  • You are unavailable to receive the package at the first delivery attempt.

  • The package is left outside for extended periods.

  • You do not contact us within 2 hours of delivery if DOA.
